Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Structure:

  • 30% advance payment upon project initiation
  • 50% payment when half of the work is completed
  • 20% payment upon project delivery

Refund Terms:

At Benative Marketing, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following scenarios:

  • If the client decides to discontinue the project after the initial 30% payment
  • If the client chooses to terminate the project at any stage of development
  • If the client refuses to continue collaboration after work has begun
